After logging in you can go to the Account page by clicking the top right drop-down menu and clicking "Account".
After confirming your password you can click either "Close account" or "Delete account"
Closing your account will make your profile seem like it has been deleted but retain all the information about the account so you can come back later and use it again. While your account is closed nobody can see your profile or reply to any messages you have sent. You are not visible in search and it is as if your account has been deleted.
Deleting your account is permanent and it is not possible to restore a deleted account.

You can block a user by visiting their profile page and clicking "Block user"
After blocking a user they will no longer see you in search and it will be as if your profile has been deleted. You will also not be able to see them in search or see any past communication or their profile details.
If you want to unblock a user you may visit the "Edit Profile" page and click on "Block list" and remove their name. You can also type their name in directly (eg. thaifriendly.com/whoyoublocked) and there will be an option to unblock them from their profile page.
If a member is being more than just annoying such as threatening, or something that violates our site policies it is better to report them before you block them. You can click "Report profile" on their profile and a moderator will check them out. You may then block them afterwards.

After an account is deleted it is impossible to restore the account or messages sent from/to that account. Please consider closing your account if you haven't already deleted it as there is no difference between closing or deleting other than that deleting is permanent.
You can block specific groups of members from being able to view your profile on the Edit Profile page accessible from the top right drop down menu. For example if you aren't interested in Ladyboys or Men looking for Women you can block them from being able to see your profile and in search on this page. We no not offer any way to block Women looking for Men if you are a man looking for a woman!
After logging in you can visit the Account page accessible from the top right drop down menu. There you can select to disable email alerts for interests, messages, or our new member alert emails.
Please check the following before uploading a photo or it may be deleted or unable to upload:
*** The photo contains your face clearly (food, animals, your nice condo, your anatomy, your hot ex girlfriend, some celebrity you think you look like, your bike etc are not allowed)
*** Please make sure the photo is of filetype JPEG or PNG
*** Please make sure the photo is big enough - at least 200x200 pixels wide/high
*** If the photo is too sexual it may be automatically deleted. If it is way too sexual your account may be permanently blocked
*** Please make sure the file is not bigger than 5mb
*** Photos with links to other sites / watermarks will be deleted
*** Free members may upload a maximum of 3 photos, premium members can upload up to 50 photos
*** No children should appear anywhere in the photo
You can upload photos on the Edit Profile page after logging in
When you hover over a profile on the browse page you will see a star which will let you add them to your favorites list, a heart which will show interest without having to visit their profile. This saves time so you can bookmark someone for later rather than having to visit their profile first.
On your Edit Profile page you have the option to select a new main photo if you already have more than one photo. If you only have one photo you will need to upload a new photo and wait for it to be approved before selecting "Main photo". Photos may take up to an hour to get approved.
Unfortunately if you specified the wrong gender during sign up there is no way to change it - you will need to make a new account.
Payments via our biller 2checkout will show as 2CO-TFRDLY on your online banking statement.
Clicking "Lists" will shows lists of visits, interests, favorites, etc. To prevent your recent visitors lists from getting unmanageable we only show visitors from the past 3 days.
Upgrading via in app purchase or on our website will upgrade in both so you do not need to make two payments. If you upgraded on the website but it isn't showing in the app please log out and log in again being sure to be using the upgraded username.
